Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+16542c )

W tym artykule postaram się opisać rozwiązanie błędu Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+16542c ), który w moim przypadku otrzymuje na 2 różne sposoby:

  • Instalacja Update
  • Instalacja Sterowników

Trochę zbyt ogólnie to opisałem ale już przechodzę do szczegółów. Wszystko to odnosi się do instalacji na świeżej instalacji systemu Windows 7. Instalowany jest update oraz sterownik do Karty Graficznej Intel i to on powoduje problem (blue screen). Gdy wejdziemy w safe mode i odinstalujemy w panelu sterowania sterownik graficzny, nasz komputer nadal się poprawnie uruchamia.

Problem ten spowodowany jest zapewne brakiem service pack 1 w naszym Windows 7.

Zainstalować servie Pack 1 dla Windows 7 możemy za pomocą aktualizacji (Dodatek Service Pack dla systemu Microsoft Windows (KB976932)) lub pobierając go stąd: http://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/download/details.aspx?id=5842

Jak sprawdzić czy mamy zainstalowany service pack 1 – Windows 7?

Prawym przyciskiem myszy klikamy na mój komputer, następnie właściwości.

informacjeJeżeli nie ma takiej pozycji na naszej liście to nie mamy zainstalowanego service packa :) i problem zapewne posiadasz ten sam co ja. Po instalacji problem znikł i mogłem cieszyć się działającym systemem wraz ze sterownikami do grafiki.

  1. Opisaliśmy podobny błąd w systemie 😉 oba wpisy są naprawdę bardzo wartościowe i potrafią FIX (naprawić) problem z systemem operacyjnym Windows 7.

  2. Muszę przyznać, że rozwiązanie tego problemu jest bardzo proste. Miałem ten problem właśnie ostatnio w moim asusie z windows 8, gdzie zmieniłem system na windows 7 a moja oryginalna płyta nie posiada service pack. Musiałem doinstalować i problem znikł.

  3. Ten błąd bardzo często był u mnie spotykany. Nie wiedziałam jak sobie z nim poradzić do teraz. Zazwyczaj używałam tych standardowych sterowników od 7-ki bo nie miałam już do tego sił. Wielkie dzięki!
